Peru

I love travelling and I will like to have the opportunity to do it by around the world.

I would like go to Peru this summer because is a country very different compared with Chile. For example, is a place where the presence of native culture is more visible than Chile and for the same reason, it`s interesting. For example, the official language is Spanish but also is recognized the aimara, quechua, andochi, ticuna, moriche and others because the population continues talking in those languages.

I know that in Peru there are a lot of inca ruins in the mountain; Machu Pichu, Huayna Pichu and also the Urubamba river is there. In the cities like Lima and Cuzco there are a lot of historical buildings.

When I visit Peru, I would like to know all this amazing places like Machu Pichu, Cuzco, Lima, Titicaca Lake and its flora and fauna. I would like to take a lot of pictures to all landscapes, people, buildings, animals, etc.

However, I wouldn`t like to live or study in Peru because I think that is difficult country; for example, the education level is low and the salaries too.

Christmas

This is a Christmas time ; All people are buying presents and the shops have christmas adornments.

The reason of this festivity is the born of Jesus, son of God according the christens religion, and the origin of the presents tradition is a way to remember the presents of magicians kings.They gave the next presents to Jesus; gold, incense and myrrh.

With publicity and the invention of Santa Claus, this festivity turned in a day where the important is give presents to everybody and recive presents too.

I consider that Christmas is a date to be in family and the other things, like presents, are no importants if the people do not give sense.

For this reason, I celebrate this days with my family or with people that I love. However, I don´t be a christens  person but I use this opportunity for stay with friends and eat in family. Also, the important thing is to be happy.

According the previous arguments, I can say that christmas is date that I like me, but at the same time, I don´t like me the spirit of buy and buy presents like a crazy persons. Also, I don´t like that children wait a lot of presents in good night.  The sense to be in family get lost forever.

Do you like photography?

I think that my fancy with photography originates when I was child. Some years ago, I found a broken picture in the floor. I remember in that moment, I joined all parts of it and I saw the picture hours because I didn´t understand why a person could bounce a image so beautiful. I have this picture yet and it is my favorite for many reasons: I never will know who take the photo, this show a beautiful landscape but I don´t know where is or when it was taken and I intrigue because is a picture pick up of floor.

For me photography is art; I enjoy take photos because I think that is a way to expression in which you have a lot of possibilities and you can experiment with the image. For example, there are complaint photography, artistic photography, journalistic photography, fashion photography, etc. and all of these are very aesthetic and beautiful. Today, is very easy learn to take photos because there are a lot of technology that facilitates all: digital cameras, photoshop, books of photography and art in internet, website dedicated to share photos, etc. Is very different today respect to difficulties of photography in the past: the expensive chemical for reveal the film also, was impossibility see the photo before the revealed. Is true, is most easy take pictures in this moment but is very magic take photos to the old way. For that I continue the tradition and I take photos with my reflex camera.

In a future, I hope to take good and nice pictures with my camera and, also, I would like express my ideas through this art.

paedophile in the church

Today I`m gonna talk about paedophilia in the church, a topic very serious in our society especially for all cases occurred in the last time.

The paedophilia is an action punished for the society because, like all crime, it`s abuse of power. But in this situation the victim is a child, a helpless and innocence person that are faced with a dark side of sexuality.

I can`t say that the most catholic priest are molesters, is a generalization and is very unfair with honest priest.  For that reason I think that paedophile priest is an exception. However, there are a few molesters priest is very important because they are a persons with a lot of power with catholic so, they can to damage a lot. In that way, priests could force to child to do things that they don`t want to do through of religion; for example, threats to go to hell.

For the church this topic is not easy and I have the impression that in some cases of paedophilia, the high hierarchy has hidden and protected the molesters priest. So, the credibility of church are deplored and it has lost followers because this reason.

Really, I don`t know why exist paedophilia in the church or in the world. I suppose that it could be a diseases or a pleasure very harmful, awful and terrible. Is probably that the priest have a lot of sexual energy not channeled properly, but I don`t think that a solution are the lost of celibacy. For example, there are lots of person that not practice celibacy and they are paedophile. Honestly, I stop the paedophile in the church with control; control of parents and the same church.

However, is impossible prevent and stop the paedophilia in the church if the people blindly believe in the priest, believe in they like angel. This is the case of Karadima, a priest whit a lot of power on his believers that acting like a saint. Unfortunately, some young man fell in his game: they can`t bury to Karadime in due time.

digital camera

In general, I don`t use advanced technology and I`m not technological person. For example, my cell phone is cheap, my lap top is very basic and my pen drive is oldest. However, I like so much photography and all related stuff. For this reason, today I`m gonna talk about my favorite piece of technology: my digital reflex camera, which model is a Cannon Ti1. I love it because I can to take a lot of pictures, put in practice my knowledge of photography and, also, this model have a great definition! So, my pictures are very nice.

I got it this year, in March by the way. A friend helps me to find the camera cheaper that Chilean market because a photographer brings to country a lot of professional and semi-professional cameras from United States.  So, like my camera was very difficult to obtain and also very expensive, I use it with as lot of care.

When I turned the digital camera, I didn`t understand anything: in the screen had a lot of numbers and I didn`t know the meaning it.  So, I had to apply technicalities of analogous camera to digital camera for take a good picture:  speed of shutter, aperture, ISO, balance, etc.  And step to step I know more about my digital camera and I can to take better pictures. Despite of my limited time, I use my camera regularly, like twice each week. This way I can practice.

Really, my life without my camera would be not very different. I love it, I admit that, but the digital camera is not essential for a basic life: my camera can`t feed me or it can`t give me comfort for sleep, just is a pleasure for my soul.

enjoy my free time

Hi! Today I`m gonna talk about free time, which is few for a student. I say this because my life is very busy between class, homework, study, conferences, assistantships, test, etc.; almost all my time I stay in the campus of University. However, I try to balance duties with pleasure or else, I could be stress.

For this reason, I enjoy all my free time doing activities interesting for me; for example, I read (stuff with relation to sociology or novels ), write poetry or my personal diary, practice guitar (because I`m very bad), visit web pages (mostly, newspaper online and youtube), take pictures (of landscape or to people), go to the theater (because I like to see play and dance), listen music, watch TV (in particular cartoons), go to parties, or simply, I like to see a movie in bed. But I don`t have a fixed patron, just depend on my mood or who I`m with (because I can be to my friends or my family, and the activities are different).

Of course, what I do with my free time has change in the time. I comparison, when I were child my free time consisted in played with my dolls, with my friends, with mud. Also, I loved saw TV and I used to costume. Anyway, my mother incentivized me for read stories.

I think that this year I been use my time of better way that last year, which makes me very happy because I have been learning  many things and enjoy all this time.

El Ciudadano

You don`t know about my career: I study sociology.
 In this field is very important know and control the theory (for example what say Durkeheim, Weber, Marx, Parson, etc.). However, this discipline can`t be away of reality (it don`t have sense).  For this reason, I visit newspaper website where it talk about social, political and environmental facts. Also, for me is very important know what happen in the world, but not only in a conventional mass media - because it represent position of power-. So, I search alternative media because it gives me a different analysis of news.
All nights, I like to read “El ciudadano” (the link is: www.elciudadano.cl ) because is a newspaper online that write about environment, politic, social organization, economy, education, art, justice and human rights, etc. and it have a independent posture about news.
The website consist in a lot of news, a T.V section (Ciudadano TV), survey about citizen topic, editorial, interviews, artistic photography, radio (El Ciudadano radio), a list of other alternative newspapers online, a list of interest media and a few advertising.
Really this website helps me to connect with all important success. Also, I know a different opinion.
